Calm Mind

Practical skills for anxious thoughts, a racing body and the worries that follow you to bed.

Everyday anxiety and stress · 7 lessons · about 10 minutes each

Stress is not a character flaw. It is a body and a brain doing their job a little too loudly. Calm Mind teaches the everyday skills that help: settling your body, catching anxious thoughts, giving worry a time and a place, and stepping back towards the things you have started avoiding.

What you will be able to do

Understand what the stress response is doing, so it feels less frightening
Use two or three body-based techniques to settle yourself in minutes
Notice anxious thoughts and question them instead of obeying them
Contain worry with a daily worry window
Take small, optional steps back towards things you have been avoiding
Build a personal calm plan for difficult days
