This page identifies the person who operates this website and sells the Mindixwell programs. It meets the disclosure duties of Brazilian Decree 7.962/2013 on electronic commerce and articles 31 and 33 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990), and the equivalent trader identification rules applied in the European Union and the United Kingdom.

What is sold here
Mindixwell sells self-guided, text-based educational programs about emotional well-being: understanding yourself, handling everyday stress, relationships, family life, hard seasons and building habits. Each program has seven written lessons with exercises. Programs are sold in three plans, each for a single payment:

Access is delivered online immediately after payment, and one lesson a day is also sent by email. Nothing is shipped. Nothing renews. The programs are education, not therapy, counseling or a health service.
Who we sell to
Adults aged 18 or over, worldwide, for their personal use, except where international sanctions prohibit it.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. Charges appear on your statement as MINDIXWELL.

Complaints and dispute resolution
Please write to support@mindixwell.com first. We answer within two business days and would much rather fix a problem than argue about it.
Consumers in Brazil can also use consumidor.gov.br, the official public complaints platform, or their local PROCON. Consumers in the European Union may contact their national consumer or alternative dispute resolution body. We have not signed up to any private dispute resolution scheme and none is compulsory for us.
