Is this therapy?
No. Mindixwell is education. The programs teach well-established skills from psychology in plain language, with exercises you do on your own. They are not therapy, counseling or medical care, nobody diagnoses or treats you, and they do not replace a licensed professional. If you are struggling a lot, a doctor or a licensed therapist is the right place to start, and our lessons say so.
How are the lessons delivered?
