Before you write
My access link did not arrive
Check your spam folder and search for Mindixwell. Then use the recovery form on My lessons with your email and the order reference from your Stripe receipt. If that fails, email us from the address you paid with and we will resend it by hand.
I want a refund
Email us within 14 days of buying. No reason needed. See refunds and cancellation.
I want to upgrade
Email us from the address you bought with and tell us which plan you want. You pay only the difference.
Too many emails
Use the link at the bottom of any daily lesson to stop the daily emails. Your access is not affected.
