Who owns the material
The lessons, exercises, page copy and design of Mindixwell are protected by copyright under Brazilian Law 9.610/1998 and international treaties, and belong to João Vitor Ferreira da Silva or are used under licence. The ideas and techniques described in the lessons are not owned by anyone; the way we have written, selected and arranged them is.
Your licence
When you buy, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to read and use the lessons in your plan for your own private, non-commercial use.
You may
- read the lessons as often as you like, on any device you use;
- print or save lessons for your own use;
- read and practise the lessons together with people in your household, such as your partner or children;
- quote a short passage with attribution in a review or a social post.
You may not
- share your access link, or forward lesson emails, outside your household;
- publish, upload, sell, rent or give away the lessons or substantial parts of them;
- use the lessons to teach, coach or counsel paying clients, or build a course from them;
- translate or adapt the lessons for distribution;
- use the lessons as input or training data for an artificial intelligence system;
- use the Mindixwell name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Third-party material
Some photographs on this site are licensed stock images and are not covered by your licence. Books recommended in the lessons belong to their authors and publishers; we mention them as further reading and are not affiliated with them.
Reporting infringement
If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, write to legal@mindixwell.com with: the work you say is infringed; the exact URL on this site; your name, address, telephone and email; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; a statement that the information is accurate and that you own the right or are authorised to act for the owner; and your signature. We act promptly and remove material while we investigate. This follows the notice and takedown practice of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act and article 19 of the Brazilian Marco Civil da Internet. A counter-notice can be sent to the same address.
If you find our lessons published somewhere they should not be, please tell us at the same address.
